• Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 to the continental US.

• Free shipping on all orders over $75 to the continental US.

• PollyMae offers free local pickup for orders of any size. Please contact us after placing an order so we can facilitate pickup. Must be able to meet in Ocala or Dunnellon, FL. 

• Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

• ​At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

EASY RETURNS
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges of items damaged in shipping within 3 days of delivery. Contact us to initiate a return and we will provide you with a return label.
